By accessing or using Find Rooms ("the platform") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Our role
Find Rooms is a listing platform that connects tenants with room owners across the UAE. We are not a party to any rental agreement, do not handle payments, and do not act as a broker or agent.
3. Listings and content
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We may remove listings that violate our policies, applicable laws, or that we believe are fraudulent.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to post false information, scrape the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Find Rooms is not liable for any damages arising from rental agreements entered into between tenants and owners.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
